This research was carried out to investigate the effect of dietary zinc oxide nanoparticles (ZnO-NPs) on the antioxidant enzymes activity and some hematological parameter of broiler chickens during starter period (1-21d). Three hundred one-day-male broilers (Ross-308) distributed in a completely randomized design (CRD) consists of five experimental groups, four replicate and 15 chicks in each pen. Experiential diets were including: T1 (control; basal diet), T2, T3, T4 and T5, were supplementation basal diet with 30, 60, 90 or 120 mg of ZnO-NPs/kg diet respectively. Results revealed that dietary ZnO-NPs had decreased significantly (P<0.05) serum alkaline phosphatase (ALP), Aspartate transferase (AST), alanine transferase (ALT) and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) enzymes activity compared with control treatment. Total antioxidant capacity (TAC) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) had significantly (P<0.05) increased, as well malondialdehyde (MDA) decreased (P>0.05) in birds fed diet supplemented with 60 (T3) and/or 90 (T4) mg of ZnO-NPs in comparison to control and other treatments. Also, dietary ZnO-NPs had increased white blood cells (WBC), red blood cell, heamatocrit and hemoglobin compared with control group, although no statistically (P>0.05) significance. In conclusion, current study indicated that dietary ZnO-NPs had improved oxidant state and positive effect on the several serum enzymes activity. As well, optimum changes observed in the levels 60 (T3) or 90 (T4) mg of ZnO-NPs/kg.

In this paper, measured time-series wind speed data in two sites in Mahshahr (Iran) were analyzed to find wind energy potential of this region. The objective was to evaluate the most important characteristics of wind energy in the studied sites using means of meteorological and Weibull distribution functions. The statistical approach was used to estimate mean wind speed, wind speed distribution function, mean wind power density and mean wind energy density of the sites at heights of 10 and 40 m. Annual mean wind speeds at heights of 10 and 40 m above the ground were 4.11 and 6.08 m/s, respectively. The results revealed wide variation in the values of monthly power and energy densities in the region. The lowest and highest values of mean wind energy densities at height of 10 m were 30.8 and 111.8 kWh/m2/month in July and January, respectively. The winds had mean energy density of 1210 kWh/m2/year at 40 m height. It can be concluded that Mahshahr region has a relatively good potential for harnessing winds.

Vermitechnology has recently begun to develop and makes the first step in Georgia. Thus, any research conducted in this area is of great significance and causes a special interest. \nThe goal of this investigation was to study the nematodes’ species composition in cow manure and in biohumuse doing some comparison between them.\n49 forms of nematodes were registered and up to 32 species were identified. There were discovered more than 20 species of nematodes mainly belonging to a group of bacteriovores, about 10 species of real plant feeders, three species of predators and representatives of two fungus feeder nematode families. The repeated tests of vermicompost showed that the species composition nematodes had changed and the species that were not found during the early stages of research appeared.\nThe experiments showed that the live activity of the earthworms’ considerably depends on food composition. After the addition of hay in the cow manure, being the main component of earthworm’s food, the growing number of Californian Red Wriggles doubled, and the number of the Red earthworm population continued to increase sequentially.

The aim of this study is to establish the relationships between values of measured variables that would characterize rheometric elements as: dough formation, properties of dough formation and its visco elastic properties. These values were obtained with the Brabender Extensograph and Haubelt Flourgraph E7. The white flour additive 650 dough was examined. Parameters have been permuted: energy [cm2], resistance to extension [BU], [HE], extensibility [mm], maximum resistance [HE] ratio and maximum ratio. Generally values of all correlation indices were above 0.8, so the two devices may similarly characterize the dough. The energy values were best correlated at 90 minutes (R2 = 0.9643), resistance to extension at 45 minutes (R2 = 0,9749), and extensibility at 45 minutes (R2 = 0.999). It has been demonstrated that the equipment used can give values that similarly characterize the behavior of dough, if the same method of determination is used.

We study a region of active folding south of the town of Kashmar in NE Iran at 58°-20′ to 59°-10′ west longitude and 34°-56′ to 35°-15′ north latitude. The axial traces of these folds are similar to the trend of adjacent parts of the Doruneh left-lateral fault system. The folds are segmented, with a NW-SE trend in the east, a NE-SW trend in the west, and an east-west trend in the central segment. The folding is related to movements on underlying reverse faults. The folds are asymmetrical with geometry of 1B class. The wavelength of the folds decreases from west to east while the fold amplitude increases. We simulate the Kashmar fold development using a sandbox analogue model with a viscous-plastic decollement within a stratigraphy of alternating layers of gypsum, sand and stone powder. The factors that control the fold shape were studied in four experiments, with variations in decollement surface viscosity and thickness, sedimentary cover height, sedimentary cover layer thicknesses, the total cover sequence and thickness layer of cover sequence. Analysis of our experimental results shows that the Kashmar fold geometry is reproduced when the layer thickness is about one-fifth of the total thickness of the sedimentary cover and the decollemant surface viscosity coefficient is low (in experiment F-2).

In this paper, we use the fractional derivatives in Caputo’s sense to construct exact solutions for simplified modified form of Camassa -Holm equations of fractional order. A generalized fractional complex transform is appropriately used to convert this equation to ordinary differential equation which subsequently resulted into number of exact solutions.
